Message: I'd give Davey a 10, but since I got my trimming so late in the Season (end of October) I won't really be able to see the complete results until the trees is are in full bloom next spring, I'm giving them a 9. The people at Davey were a pleasure to deal with and knew what they were doing. Having an arborist on the team is a definite plus.

Message: We have been using Davey for over 30 years for maintaining our trees. I have found their arborists to very helpful and the thoroughness of each of their crews.

Message: We have a Sycamore tree approximately 50 ft tall with canopy of 50 ft diameter. Our tree suffered storm damage and had large broken branches hanging in the canopy. We called Davey Tree and they came out soon after. The broken branches safely removed and additional pruning done. Area was cleaned of all debris. Excellent work at a fair price. We have been loyal customers for many years and we highly recommend Davey Tree.

Message: They were all extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and thoughtful.. Matthew Thompson, our arborist, assisted in choosing the trees and he chose excellent specimens from the nursery. The crew thoughtfully transplanted and watered the perennials that needed to be moved to make space for the new trees. They were polite and seemed to take pride in their work. The new trees and shrubs were placed with care and repositioned as necessary. All of this work was completed pleasantly and with attention to detail. I am extremely happy with the job Davey Tree completed, start to finish, and I would recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Message: Tracey is so nice & honest, he explained everything for us. The staff who came out to trim our tree were also nice. Davey Tree will not scam you, they explain everything & give you time to decide. If by any chance you didn't like the service or you change your mind, they are happy to come back & resolve it. Very trustworthy company & this is the only company I'll go to for any tree issues!

Message: We have been using Davey Tree for many years, but after losing our previous account representative we have had nothing but poor service ever since. Our current rep is not responsive, seems to be disinterested in the care of our trees and bushes. I have called to see if someone could come out to our property to evaluate a problem to no avail. I followed up to ask if the manager/director could call and again no response. I then asked the tech that was performing a recent treatment in September to take pictures and give them to the local office in Wheeling and I still have gotten no response at all.. All I can say is if you're looking for a company who is professional, cares about the work they are doing and overall customer service, look elsewhere.. Update - The manager was very responsive to my comments and called me to discuss. He then came out to our property to evaluate the situation. I appreciate his professionalism in trying to make the situation right after my previous attempts to contact. He offered well thought out advice on how to handle things going forward.

Message: We have been using Davey for about 5 years, and are always very happy with the work. They have pruned our trees, wired up some large branches that are over our house, and recently took down a damaged tree. The crew is careful, but works quickly. And the turn around time between my first call to assess the tree and taking the tree down was under 3 weeks!
